The time for the biggest Valorant fiesta in the Pacific is here! VCT Pacific, part of the International Valorant Leagues, kicks off tomorrow. The VCT Pacific face-off event was an inauguration ceremony; you can read it here.

VCT Pacific features the best of the pacific, taking on each other to become the best in the Pacific. Spanning for 10 weeks, the league ensures weekly action with teams trying to get the maximum points for VCT Masters Tokyo and Valorant Champions qualification.

Valorant Champions Tour Pacific Format:

The new system for Valorant competitive divides the competition into two distinct layers, the top tier layer (VCTs) and Tier 2 Leagues (VCLs). The teams in the VCLs will try to qualify for the Ascension, which is their key to qualifying for VCTs. The three International Leagues (VCTs) feature ten teams, each curated and selected by Riot. They will be supported by Riot to produce the best content and promote the healthy growth of Valorant Competitive.

VCT Pacific is a part of the International leagues where ten partnered teams from Asia-Pacific will take on each other. VCT Pacific will be a league-type tournament with the 10 teams playing each other in a round-robin format. All the matches will be Bo3 maps. After the league play concludes, the top six teams from the League play will qualify for the playoffs.

The playoffs will be a double-elimination bracket with six teams. The top two teams are seeded in the upper semifinals. The lower seeds play in the opening round. The team winning the tournament will be crowned the champion. Additionally, two more teams qualify for the VCT Masters Tokyo. The VCT Master Qualifiers directly qualify for Valorant Champions 2023. The other seven teams will play the Pacific LCQ to qualify for Valorant Champions 2023.
