StarLadder StarSeries Fall is just around the corner. This eight‑team Counter-Strike tournament will take its main event to Barcelona, Spain, featuring a mix of top VRS squads and teams emerging from regional qualifiers. The teams will compete for a share of the $500,000 prize pool.

From September 17-20, the LAN event will deliver several exciting matchups. Here's everything you need to know about StarSeries Fall 2026, including its schedule, format, and livestream details.

StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 will feature eight teams. Four of them were invited based on their global VRS standings, while the remaining four fought their way through the regional qualifiers. Here are the 8 contenders:

What to Expect from StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026

StarSeries Fall 2026 features a strong set of teams despite being a relatively small tournament. With Falcons and Spirit declining their invites, three top‑five teams remain to deliver top‑tier action.

Among the invited teams, MOUZ has the best momentum. Currently ranked 3rd in the global VRS standings (5th at the time of invitation), their form stems from a strong run at the recent BLAST Open Porto, where they reached the Grand Final, defeating the likes of Vitality and Falcons.

Just the previous month, MOUZ also won BLAST Bounty Malta, beating Team Spirit in the Grand Final. They'll look to bring the same energy to Barcelona as they prepare to face NRG in their opening match, and potentially NAVI in their second.

FURIA and NAVI, meanwhile, have shown relatively poor form of late. The Brazilian side finished 4th at the recent Esports World Cup, but failed to reach the top four at BLAST Porto and FISSURE Playground afterward. The former came as a result of defeats to top sides like Spirit and Vitality, while the latter saw them fall to the eventual finalists, Legacy and G2.

NAVI has fared worse, failing to break into the top eight in their last three tournament runs. With their opening match being against a strong contender like Aurora, the boys in black and yellow will need to bring their A‑game if they hope to make a deep run. 

Vitality, despite dominating Counter‑Strike for all of last year, has been in a slump over the past few months. However, they enjoyed their best result in recent weeks at BLAST Porto, reaching the semifinals with jL standing in for mezii.

With mezii expected to return for StarSeries Fall, Vitality's performance could be unpredictable. Can they work their way back to former glory, or will they continue to miss out on the Grand Final stage? I guess we'll have to wait a few days to find out.

While the higher‑ranked teams stand tall in this double‑elimination bracket, the qualified teams can also put up a strong fight in their pursuit for valuable VRS points. Over the four days of the tournament, they could pose a real threat and help produce several edge‑of‑your‑seat matchups.
