Quarterfinals Fixtures

FUT vs Nemiga
FUT Esports appear to be in great form, having earned their playoff spot by finishing as the Swiss stage runner‑up. After dominating TYLOO and Liquid, they went on to defeat the current top‑ranked team, Vitality.
Nemiga, meanwhile, has been rather promising this tournament, especially considering it's their first Tier 1 outing. They secured a surprising playoff qualification, finishing the Swiss stage ahead of giants like FURIA, Spirit, and The MongolZ.
While Nemiga's run might just carry them through to win this match, FUT are the favorites in this matchup.
Vitality vs NAVI
Vitality have been on a roll, winning back‑to‑back trophies leading into PGL Masters Bucharest. They've lost only 1 of their last 12 matches, and even with jL standing in for apEX this tournament, the team seems poised to continue their title streak.
NAVI had a tough Swiss stage, facing top teams like FURIA, BetBoom, Vitality, and Spirit. While their recent form has been far from impressive, their playoff qualification gives them hope.
Vitality breezed through their matchup against NAVI yesterday. Given their current form, they are expected to come out ahead in this encounter as well.
Aurora vs MOUZ
Aurora are currently in their best form of the season, securing three consecutive top‑3 finishes ahead of the tournament. Though they didn't face any top contenders in the previous stage, their wins against G2, Nemiga, and Liquid put them in a good spot.
Similar to Aurora, MOUZ qualified for the playoffs with a 3‑1 record. They're coming off a runner‑up finish at ESL Pro League Season 24, and their wins against 9z, The MongolZ, and Spirit at this tournament show they're in great shape.
This could be the closest match in the quarterfinals. While both teams are pretty much on equal footing, we predict MOUZ to win.
BetBoom vs FURIA
BetBoom's performance in the Swiss stage was nothing short of spectacular. After defeating Spirit, Nemiga, and NAVI, the team entered the playoffs as the top seed.
FURIA's run in the Swiss stage was not the most convincing, given their defeats to NAVI and Spirit. However, the roster is in good shape, and they're capable of performing at the highest level.
These two teams faced off in a recent Grand Final. While that match ended in FURIA's favor, this one might go to BetBoom, given their current streak.
Who Will Win PGL Masters Bucharest 2026?
Out of the eight playoff contenders, Vitality and MOUZ seem like the best bets. Vitality is in excellent shape, and their current form suggests they want to be at their best for the Singapore Major. Their side of the bracket is competitive, but they remain the strongest option.
MOUZ's side of the bracket is quite tough, with an in‑form BetBoom potentially hindering their path. However, they've proven several times this season that they can make Grand Final runs.
Apart from these two, FUT, BetBoom, and Aurora are also promising options. With this being a single‑elimination playoff, anything could happen, and a single win against a top team could propel any of these teams within reach of the trophy.
