Just as it happened for the BLAST Premier Fall Groups, Abdulkhalik "degster" Gasanov will not be able to secure a visa in time to attend IEM Cologne with Heroic, starting this Wednesday (August 7th).

As reported by Sheep Esports' Aejandro "anonimotum" Gomis, Heroic are set to bring in ex-Monte awper Volodymyr "Woro2k" Veletnjuk to fill in for degster at IEM Cologne.

Heroic were most recently obligated to use coach Eetu "sAw" Saha as an emergency replacement for the Russian awper at BLAST Premier Fall Groups. This time around, Heroic look ready to secure a quality delegate for degster.

Woro2k to the rescue

Woro2k left Monte earlier this year as the team acquired Aleksander "hades" Miskiewicz and Paweł "dycha" Dycha from ENCE in July. Having been a constant stand out performer on Monte, the future remains uncertain for Woro2k.

For now, however, fans are excited to see him perform at IEM Cologne. As for Woro2k, the tournament comes as a timely opportunity for him to show any potential suitors exactly what he's made of.
