The tournament run for Nigma Galaxy is over. Boom Boys send them packing in an impressive three-game series. Boom didn't even break a sweat in their two victories, with very one-sided wins.

Let's recap the final game of the series and see what Nigma Galaxy had to say after being eliminated.

GPK proves too problematic for Lorenof

The third game was off to a great start for Boom Boys thanks to a brilliant lane swap, with Slark going mid against Ember Spirit. This set Artem "lorenof" Melnyk back the entire game, with no chance for recovery.

Nigma placed a lot of hope on Cedric "Davai" Deckmyn to make space around the map, and while he did an admirable job, it just wasn't enough to stop Boom Boys' momentum. In the end, Boom took down the throne in a convincing 43-minute game.

SumaiL: "This tournament is probably our last event"

After the game ended, it was time for the exit interview, and a distraught Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan shared a few brief words with the crowd. After Nigma's near top-3 finish last night and another close loss today, SumaiL was not feeling hopeful about playing in the future.

"I don't know; we tried our best, it looked pretty good. We were one game away from the top 3 last night. And then today, it was a good series; I don't know, something went wrong. As for the team, I'm not sure. This tournament is probably our last event."

When prodded about changing his mind and remaining a pro player, SumaiL indicated that it's quite unlikely. "I have to give it some thought for sure, but I don't see it to be honest, unfortunately."

With potential retirement on the horizon, SumaiL was asked to share what could be his last words as a pro player with the crowd, and he did not disappoint to thank fans for their support throughout the years.

"Thank you to everyone, to be honest, for this support throughout the years. It's been rough the past few years. At the end of the day, I've said it and I'll say it again, you guys make Dota great; we are just playing video games. I really appreciate it."

The day isn't over for Boom Boys, as they face off against Team Spirit in the Lower Bracket Semi-Finals, with a guaranteed podium finish on the line.
