Current Six Major Champion

The current defending Rainbow Six Siege Major champion is DarkZero, who captured the BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City in 2026. Since the inaugural Paris Major in 2018, 11 different organizations have won a mid-season Major title.

DarkZero claimed their second international Major title on home soil in Utah, defeating Shopify Rebellion in a dominant all-North American clash. Led by veteran IGL Canadian, DarkZero showcased unmatched tactical discipline throughout the Swiss and Playoff stages.

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic and strict travel restrictions, the international LAN Majors scheduled for May 2020, August 2020, November 2020, and May 2021 were cancelled. To keep the circuit alive, Ubisoft replaced them with regional online "Mini-Majors" to prioritize player and staff safety. International LAN Majors officially returned to the circuit with the Mexico Major in August 2021.

When is the next Six Major?

The next confirmed tier-one mid-season event is the BLAST R6 Major Osaka 2026. It is scheduled to take place in Osaka, Japan, from November 6–15, 2026, and will serve as the second and final Major of the 2026 competitive season before the Six Invitational.

Was RE:L0:AD 2025 officially considered a Six Major?

While RE:L0:AD 2025 was an official S-Tier international LAN event with a massive $520,000 prize pool, its structure differed from traditional Six Majors.

Rather than teams qualifying through regional stage placements, RE:L0:AD served as an exclusive season kickoff tournament restricted to the 20 global partner teams in the R6 Share program. 

However, due to its global scale, top-tier international competition, and official S-Tier categorization by Ubisoft, it is widely recognized and grouped alongside traditional Majors in tier-one competitive history.
