What's at Stake in Swiss Stage Round 3?

Sunday's series between Movistar KOI and Dplus KIA, and between Gen.G and LYON, will determine the first teams to qualify for the quarterfinals. The winners will finish the Swiss Stage with 3-0 records, while the losing teams will get another chance to advance from the 2-1 pool.

The four matches between teams with 1-1 records also carry important consequences. The winners will be one victory away from qualifying, while the losers will fall to 1-2 and need to win their next series to avoid elimination. T1, which lost to Dplus KIA in Round 2, faces CTBC Flying Oyster in one of those matchups.

On Monday, LOS, Team Secret Whales, Team Liquid and Anyone's Legend will play elimination series. The losing teams will exit Worlds 2026, while the winners will stay alive with 1-2 records.
