Overwatch Season 4: All Battle Pass Rewards
Overwatch Season 4 is here, and with it comes a brand‑new Battle Pass. Unlike past seasons, however, the latest pass offers flexibility and follows a new structure, featuring an updated UI as well.
Below, we've explored how the revamped pass works and detailed everything you can find in the Overwatch Season 4 Battle Pass.
How Does the Overwatch Season 4 Battle Pass Work?
Overwatch's Battle Pass has shifted from its linear track to a more player‑friendly, personalized structure. Instead of progressing tier by tier from level 1 to 80 (and then up to 200 for bonus tiers), players will now begin with an introductory track containing five levels.
After completing it, you'll have access to five additional tracks of 12-14 levels each, four of which culminate in a Legendary hero skin. The first track will be automatically activated, but you can also choose to activate any of the other four tracks at any time.
Essentially, you can select tracks based on what cosmetics you want to unlock first. For example, if you're just a few Coins short of purchasing the Battle Pass, you can choose the third track to grab the 200 Overwatch Coins early.
You can also switch between these five tracks whenever you like. After completing all five, you'll unlock the Prestige track, which offers in‑game currency and Legendary Loot Boxes. Following that, the Bonus track becomes available, featuring unique Player Titles.
Tier Hacks
A new mechanic called Tier Hacks allows you to replace one Legendary skin at the end of each track with one from a curated list of skins. We've discussed Tier Hacks and the new Battle Pass in detail in this article.

Compared to the 80‑tier Battle Pass from previous seasons, which came with an additional 120 levels of bonus tiers, Season 4 introduces an 81‑tier Battle Pass with 125 levels of bonus tiers.
Overall, you must collect 206 levels over the course of the season to complete the pass and earn the final Legendary Player Title reward.
While the total number of rewards remains more or less the same, there are a few notable changes. The premium track in the Season 4 pass offers 250 fewer Credits.
Additionally, some items, including 400 of the 600 Overwatch Coins and 30 of the 80 Mythic Prisms, are now available only in the Prestige tier, which is toward the end of the pass.
This could delay the process of unlocking Mythic skins or purchasing the Premium Battle Pass for many players. However, the new non‑linear format does make it easier to unlock Legendary skins more quickly.
