League of Legends Reveals New True Damage Skins
The new League of Legends True Damage skins have finally been announced, featuring some of the coolest looks yet.
The skins bring True Damage’s signature hip-hop aesthetic to Summoner’s Rift, following the group’s previously announced musical comeback with the 2026 World Championship anthem, “Know My Name.”
True Damage Know My Name Skins
The first True Damage skins were released in 2019, alongside the group’s debut as a new musical act from the League of Legends universe.
Their hit song “GIANTS” also featured in the 2019 Worlds Opening Ceremony, becoming one of the game’s most iconic tracks.
Seven years later, the hip-hop group is making its return with a new track for the 2026 Worlds anthem.
“Know My Name” is set to release on October 8 alongside a special music video celebrating the career of one of the most iconic League of Legends players in the world, Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, and his team T1.
Alongside their musical comeback, True Damage is also returning to the Rift with a new set of skins. Senna, Yasuo, Qiyana, Akali, and Ekko remain the group’s members and will each receive a new skin.
Splash Arts
Qiyana, Senna, and Yasuo share the same splash art for their new True Damage: Know My Name skins. All three are Epic-tier skins, meaning they will cost 1,350 RP each.
Yasuo’s skin is also the 2026 League of Legends World Championship skin. It serves as the flagship skin for the tournament, featuring standalone chromas, border sets, and chroma bundles, alongside an exclusive Worlds Unlocked chroma variation.
Sales of the True Damage Yasuo skin and its bundles will also support the competitive ecosystem, with Riot Games sharing a portion of the proceeds with Tier 1 LoL Esports teams.

Akali is also receiving a Legendary True Damage Know My Name skin, priced at 1,820 RP and featuring unique in-game animations and effects.

Finally, Ekko is getting a new skin after two years. Prestige True Damage Know My Name Ekko will be exclusively available through the Mythic Essence Store, costing 150 Mythic Essence (ME).

True Damage Skins Release Date
All True Damage Know My Name skins are set to release on October 21, alongside League of Legends Patch 26.21.
While the other skins will remain permanently available in the store, Ekko’s Prestige skin will only be available for a limited time. As a Mythic skin, it will return to the Mythic Essence Store through future rotations if you miss the initial release.
