True Damage’s Worlds 2026 Anthem Will Spotlight Faker and T1

Riot Games has revealed that the official music video for True Damage's Worlds 2026 anthem, "Know My Name," will center around Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok and T1's journey to the historic third consecutive League of Legends World Championship title. The video will premiere on October 8, one week before Worlds begins in Los Angeles.

The announcement adds a new layer to True Damage's return for the Worlds 2026 anthem. Beyond bringing the virtual hip-hop group back for the first time since 2019, Riot has now put Faker and T1's historic run at the center of the official music video.

Faker's Career Will Be at the Center of the Worlds 2026 Music Video

According to Riot, the video will look back at the wins, defeats, and challenges that have shaped Faker's career, building toward T1's three consecutive Worlds titles. The focus will be on how he continued to recover from setbacks and return to the top of the international stage.

The approach makes Faker the central figure of the Worlds anthem video after T1 completed its three-peat. Rather than focusing only on a single tournament run, Riot described the video as a broader look at the path that led to the latest chapter of his career.

Faker Is No Stranger to Worlds Music Videos

This will not be Faker's first appearance in a Worlds anthem video. He was featured as one of the major figures in "RISE" in 2018, appeared alongside Rookie and Caps in "Phoenix" in 2019, and took center stage again in "Heavy Is The Crown" in 2024, which portrayed T1 defending its throne after winning Worlds 2023.

Faker enters Worlds 2026 with six World Championship titles, won in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2023, 2024, and 2025. No other player has won as many World Championships in League of Legends history.

When Does "Know My Name" Come Out?

"Know My Name" will be released on October 8 at 6 PM PDT across major streaming platforms. The official Worlds 2026 music video will premiere at the same time on the League of Legends YouTube channel.

The song will be the 13th Worlds anthem and the first Worlds anthem performed by one of Riot Games' established virtual music groups.
