In the ever-evolving realm of competitive gaming, the stage is set for a groundbreaking chapter as the ESL Pro League Season 19 makes its inaugural foray into the realm of Counter-Strike 2.

Anticipation runs high as top-tier teams gear up to showcase their skills, strategies, and adaptability in a new competitive landscape. The tournament, scheduled to run from April 23rd to May 12th, 2024, not only introduces CS2 to the Pro League but also maintains the rich traditions of intense gameplay, high stakes, and thrilling competition.

Epicenter of Action: InterContinental Malta

The ESL Pro League Season 19 maintains its prestigious tradition, unfolding at the luxurious InterContinental Malta hotel, nestled in the prime area of St. George’s Bay, St. Julian's. Format

The highly anticipated ESL Pro League Season 19 is set to kick off on April 23rd, 2024, ushering in a new era as the tournament makes its debut in the CS2 landscape. The competition promises intense battles, strategic gameplay, and, of course, a glimpse into the evolving CS2 meta.

Group Stage Dynamics

The tournament format features a robust group stage where 32 teams are divided into four triple-elimination groups.

With each group hosting eight teams, all matches are Bo3, providing a stringent test for teams vying for the coveted playoff spots.

The top four teams from each group advance, with intriguing twists.

  • Group stage winners head directly to the Quarterfinals.
  • Runners-up advance to the Round of 12 as the High Seeds.
  • 3rd place teams advance to the Round of 16 as the High Seeds.
  • 4th place teams advance to the Round of 16 as the Low Seeds.

Playoffs Drama

As the dust settles from the group stage, the single-elimination playoffs will commence, featuring Bo3 matches leading up to the grand spectacle—the Bo5 Grand Final. The journey through the playoffs promises nerve-wracking moments as teams vie for supremacy.

Prize Pool and Stakes

The stakes are high, with a prize pool of $750,000 USD, yet the distribution remains shrouded in mystery. Notably, this marks a slight decrease from the previous seasons, which boasted an $850,000 USD prize pool.

Teams Battling for Glory

A diverse array of 32 teams will compete, each earning their spot through various routes.
