In a surprising turn of events, Christopher "dexter" Nong is set to make a triumphant return to Grayhound, the organization he previously represented for over two years.

The 29-year-old veteran will once again don the Grayhound jersey, filling the void left by the departure of Simon "Sico" Williams, who bid farewell to the team just this Monday.

A Homecoming for Dexter

Dexter is no stranger to the Grayhound family, having been an integral part of the organization from 2017 to 2019.

His initial departure led him to join Renegades, where he spent an additional year before his talents garnered attention in the European scene. Notably, he was signed by MOUZ to replace Finn "karrigan" Andersen.

Brief Stints with MOUZ & fnatic

During his time with MOUZ, dexter achieved moderate success, with notable performances including a semi-final placement at the IEM Rio Major 2022 and a first-place finish at Flashpoint 3.

However, the team faced challenges throughout 2023, leading to the signing of Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek as his replacement.

Following his departure from MOUZ, dexter found a new home in fnatic. However, his tenure with the team lasted a mere five months, bringing him back to the Australian esports scene after an absence of three years.

The New Grayhound Lineup

With dexter's return, the Grayhound roster now boasts a formidable lineup:

The coaching responsibilities remain in the capable hands of Erdenetsogt "erkaSt" Gantulga.

Dexter's reunion with Grayhound sparks anticipation for the team's resurgence in the Oceanian esports scene.

As the seasoned leader reclaims his role, questions linger about the squad's potential trajectory. Can his experience and leadership guide Grayhound to new heights? Only time will tell.
