The North American Esports Organization Sentinels confirm Tyson “Tenz” Ngo will stay with the org for the foreseeable future. TenZ has been part of the organization since he subbed for Sinatra in 2021. With the organization, TenZ became the first international champion of Valorant. After a lot of speculation from the community, aggravated by the organization’s financial crisis, it was questionable if TenZ would stay with the organization. But the organization confirmed the Valorant “Superstar” will stay with the roster.

The Legacy of SEN TenZ:

After starting his professional career with CS:GO, TenZ quickly switched to Valorant with Cloud9. After playing for the team in the 2020, TenZ switched to content creation. But the calling for competition was too much for TenZ, when Sentinels reached out to TenZ to play as a sub for Sinatra, he quickly joined the team. In the very first round with the team, TenZ completely ran down Luminosity Gaming. He finished the game with 69/54/24 K/D/A. With the roster, TenZ went on to become the first international champion in Valorant.

The time following the VCT Masters Reykjavik 2021 win, Sentinels struggled to secure a significant positioning in 2021. When 2022 rolled around, the team hit a new low. While TenZ definitely performed at the best level, Sentinels as a team crumbled and failed to make a single international tournament. Additionally, they failed to even crack the playoffs of NA challengers. Sentinels’ best tournament in the year was LCQ with Shroud. But they lost to the eventual winners.

Sentinels decided to build around TenZ for their 2022 VCT Americas team. They brought in Zekken, Dephh, Sacy and Pancada. The new Sentinels didn’t fulfill expectations and despite bringing in Marved did not achieve a significant result in 2022. The chances of TenZ staying slimmed down when Kyedae(TenZ’s GF) was diagnosed with Cancer and then Sentinels’ financial crisis added another doubt to TenZ’s tenure with Sentinels.

Yesterday, Sentinels X/Twitter released an interesting video. The video announced the contract extension for TenZ. Zekken, Sacy and Pancada make up for the rest of the squad. The last member of the squad is yet to be announced.

Is VALORANT Crossplay? PC, PS5, Xbox & Mobile Explained (2026)

VALORANT does not offer crossplay between PC and console. This means that PC players can only match and play against other PC players, and console players (PS5 and Xbox) players can only match and play against other console players. While there is no crossplay in VALORANT, the game does support cross progression, which means that your account, skins, and any other form of progress carry from one platform to the other (from PC to console, and vice versa).
