LEC Winter Playoffs Format

The Winter Playoffs will be played out across a double elimination bracket. To start things off, Round 1 and 2 of the tournament will feature best-of-three matches. From then on, all remaining series will be played in best-of-five matches, including the Grand Final.

The Winter Playoffs will feature Fearless Draft throughout, marking the first time we get to see the new format in action in the LEC. Fearless Draft will help keep every game fresh and exciting by ensuring teams and players have to dig deep into their champion pools.

The team that ultimately goes on to win the LEC Winter trophy will also earn the right to represent their region at First Stand, the new international tournament featuring only first seed teams from around the globe.
