  • [E-True Grit] Quickdraw Armor per True Grit increased 2/5/8/11/14 -> 4/7/10/13/16

Lee Sin

  • HP per level increased 105 -> 108
  • [W1] Safeguard base shield increased 50/100/150/200/250 -> 70/115/160/205/250

Miss Fortune

  • Base AD increased 52 -> 55
  • [W-P] Strut buffs:
  • Initial bonus Move Speed increased 25 after 5 seconds out-of-combat -> 30/35/40/45/50 after 4 seconds out-of-combat
  • Bonus Move Speed increased to 55/65/75/85/95 after an additional 5 seconds out-of-combat (or use of [W] Active) -> 60/70/80/90/100 after a further 3 seconds out of combat (or use of [W] Active)

Orianna

  • Base AD increased 40 -> 44

Pantheon (QoL)

  • [W] Shield Vault minimum damage against minions and monsters increased by 50 -> 60

Xayah

  • [E] Bladecaller buffs:
  • Base damage increased 50/60/70/80/90 -> 55/65/75/85/95
  • Cooldown reduced 13/12/11/10/9 -> 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

  • [P-Goo] Cell Division - Goo heal max HP ratio reduced 5/6/7/8% (based on [R] Let's Bounce!'s spell rank) -> 4-8% (based on levels 1-18, linear)

Champion Adjustments

  • [R] Fate's Call cooldown increased 150/120/90 -> 160/140/120 seconds

Varus

  • Base AD reduced 60 -> 57
  • Attack Speed per level reduced 4% -> 3.5%
  • [P] Living Vengeance changes:
    • Bonus Attack Speed reduced 10/15/20% (based on levels 1/7/13) (+20% bonus Attack Speed) (increased to 40% (+40% bonus Attack Speed) on champion takedown) -> 10% flat (increased to 40% flat on champion takedown)
    • Attack Speed gained from the passive will ignore the Attack Speed cap.
    • Now grants (+10% bonus Attack Speed) AD and AP, increased to (+15% bonus Attack Speed) AD and AP on champion takedown.
  • [W] Blighted Quiver adjustments:
  • [W-P] On-hit base damage increased 7/13/19/25/31 -> 7/14/21/28/35
  • [W-Blight] Basic ability cooldown refund per stack of Blight increased 12% -> 13%
  • [W-Q] Target's missing HP damage changed 6/8/10/12/14% (based on levels 1/4/7/10/13) -> 6/8/10/12/14% (based on spell rank)

System Adjustments

Dark Harvest

  • Damage adjusted 20-80 (based on levels 1-18, linear) (+5 per Soul) (+10% bAD) (+5% AP) -> 20 flat (+9 per Soul) (+10% bAD) (+5% AP)
  • Cooldown reduced 45 -> 35 seconds.

Electrocute

  • Base damage adjusted 30-220 -> 50-190 (based on levels 1-18, linear)
  • Cooldown reduced 25-20 -> 20 flat seconds.

Opportunity

  • Preparation Lethality reduced 5-10 (based on levels 7-17) -> (5-10/3-6) (melee/ranged) (based on levels 7-17)
  • Extraction decaying bonus Move Speed increased 150 -> 200
