Gaimin Gladiators released an official statement regarding the behavior of one of their players. In a heated discussion during a match, Quinn "Quinn" Callahan insulted one of his teammates.

The nature of his insult and timing forced Gaimin Gladiators to come out and publicly denounce his conduct, citing it does not represent the orginization.

During a pub match, Quinn was on the losing side and lost his patience at one of his teammates. Quinn said, "I mean I guess you're just Russian, it's not your fault you're born in a trash country."

The player on Io informed him that actually he is not from Russia but for Kazakhstan instead. This put Quinn in an awkward spot, as his former teammate Anton "dyrachyo" Shkredov is Russian. While the newest addition of the team Alimzhan "watson" Islambekov is from Kazakhstan.

The day after these comments came to light, Quinn's team made an announcement, sharing their thoughts on the matter and focus moving forward.

"Gaimin Gladiators does not approve or agree with these comments made and want to reinforce out commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all. Quinn has been formally reprimanded for the casual and inappropriate nature of his comments and we will be taking the appropriate measures to ensure that these such instances are not repeated."

With the political climate of the world right now, we hope everyone can learn from Gaimin Gladiators' stance and aim for a more welcoming environment for all.
