Best Champions to Climb League of Legends Ranked in Patch 25.10
Looking to climb the ranked ladder in Patch 25.10? We've got you covered. The latest wave of changes has shaken up the meta once again, shifting power across the Rift and opening the door for some surprising picks to rise through the ranks.
Whether you're grinding solo queue or looking to break into a new tier, knowing which champions are currently performing best can make all the difference. From overperforming solo laners to dominant jungle carries, here are the best champions to help you secure wins and climb in League of Legends Patch 25.10.

Top Lane
Sett
An absolute menace in the top lane, Sett remains one of the best champions to climb ranked with in patch 25.10. With a rather unique kit, Sett can hold his own in just about any matchup up top.
What really sets him apart, though, is his deceptive tankiness and burst through a fully charged [W] Haymaker, as well as Sett's easy access to the enemy backline through his [R] The Show Stopper.
- Current stats: 52.77% win rate / 9.8% pick rate
Yorick
Ever since his rework, Yorick has caused all sorts of trouble across Summoner's Rift. Despite a solid laning phase, Yorick really becomes a problem in the mid-game when he's free to roam the map looking for towers and objectives to set his team ahead.
Thanks to his ghouls, as well as items like Trinity Force and Hullbreaker, Yorick is one of the best split-pushers in the game. This straightforward playstyle makes the Shepherd of Souls one of the best champions to climb ranked with.
- Current stats: 52.57% win rate / 6.3% pick rate
Cho'Gath
Cho'Gath's latest buffs saw him become one of the biggest winners of patch 25.10. Now, to get the most out of the champion make sure you max your [E] Vorpal Spikes first. This, coupled with Grasp of the Undying and Heartsteel, make Cho'Gath's auto attacks deal ridiculous amounts of damage, particularly for a tank.
- Current stats: 52.37% win rate / 4.1% pick rate

Jungle
Warwick
Thanks to his incredible sustain and ability to hunt down low HP targets from far away, Warwick continues to be one of the best junglers to climb in ranked. With a simple kit and playstyle, Warwick is easy to master, allowing you to get the most out of the champion without much practice.
- Current stats: 52.81% win rate / 7.3% pick rate
Yorick
That's right, Yorick is so strong in patch 25.10 that he's one of the best champions to climb ranked across two different roles. With great jungle modifiers, Yorick has a good clear speed after the rework. Once you finish your first item (Trinity Force), there are very few champions in the game that would like to take you head on, making him a great all-around option.
Keep in mind, though, due to his power Yorick is currently one of the most banned champions in the game, as he's banned outright in 22.6% of matches.
- Current stats: 53.72% win rate / 1% pick rate
Nocturne
Like Warwick, Nocturne has a very straightforward kit. His [R] Paranoia grants Nocturne easy access to the enemy back line, allowing you to take out a high priority target to start the fight.
Additionally, the Eternal Darkness has great flexibility in his build, which lets you go for specific items depending on what each new match demands.
- Current stats: 52.17% win rate / 8.2% pick rate

Mid Lane
Malzahar
The list of things that make Malzahar such a good mid lane pick to climb ranked appears endless. Great pushing power thanks to his [W] Void Swarm and [E] Malefic Visions, as well as increased safety from ganks due to his [P] Void Shift.
Malzahar's strongest asset, though, is without a doubt his ability to shut down an enemy carry with a single press of a button through his [R] Nether Grasp.
- Current stats: 52.18% win rate / 6.9% pick rate
Naafiri
Like Nocturne, Naafiri has easy access to the enemy backline thanks to her [R] Hound's Pursuit. This makes the champion a valuable asset on any team.
Thanks to her great damage, good scaling, and fantastic mobility, Naafiri is easily one of the best melee champions you will find in the mid lane, and one of the best options to climb in ranked outright.
- Current stats: 52.25% win rate / 1.2% pick rate
Annie
The most recent buffs to Annie have seen rise to become one of the biggest mid lane threats in the game despite her simple playstyle. With the passive magic penetration she gets from leveling up her [R] Summon: Tibbers, Annie has amazing burst damage. This lets the Dark Child execute an enemy carry with ease whenever she has Flash up in the mid-to-late game.
- Current stats: 51.58% win rate / 4.5% pick rate

Bottom Lane
Smolder
Smolder has seen a spike in his win rate after being buffed in patch 25.10. With access to poke, mobility, and good late-game burst, Smolder is one of the best ADCs to climb those ranks.
What sets Smolder apart is his incredible scaling, which sees his [Q] Super Scorcher Breath begin to hit like a truck late into the game. By playing safe early on and focusing on racking up the [P] Dragon Practice stacks, the Fiery Fledgling eventually becomes one of the toughest opponents to face on Summoner's Rift.
- Current stats: 51.56% win rate / 9.1% pick rate
Nilah
Nilah is unlike any other ADC in League of Legends thanks to her unique mechanics and playstyle. Like Smolder, Nilah scales extremely well into the late-game, while a well timed [R] Apotheosis can easily turn the tide of just about any fight. All of these are exactly what allow Nilah to hold on to one of the highest win rates in the game.
- Current stats: 53.29% win rate / 2% pick rate
Jinx
No matter how many patches go by, Jinx remains one of the best ADCs in the game. If you want to focus on your positioning on team fights and your ability to shred down the front line, then Jinx is the pick for you.
By maximizing the use of your [Q] Switcheroo! to get stacks of [P] Get Excited! Jinx can quickly devastate the enemy squad with her long-range DPS.
- Current stats: 51.39% win rate / 16% pick rate

Support
Milio
With one of the most straightforward playstyles in the game, Milio continues to be one of the top supports to use on the League of Legends ladder. Well timed uses of your [W] Cozy Campfire and [E] Warm Hugs can allow your team's carries to dish out as much damage as possible.
Make sure to keep an eye out for any incoming CC as well, as proper use of Milio's [R] Breath of Life could very well win your team the game.
- Current stats: 52.55% win rate / 4.9% pick rate
Nami
Like Milio, Nami has the ability to empower your carries, allowing them to take over the game more easily. A great laner, Nami's constant poke with [W] Ebb and Flow can prove incredibly frustrating for the enemy bot lane to deal with.
Later on, though, this ability should be used for keeping your teammates healthy in fights, while [Q] Aqua Prison and [R] Tidal Wave prove crucial in denying the enemy team any form of engage, giving your side the upper hand.
- Current stats: 52.35% win rate / 9% pick rate
Braum
Braum stands alone as the only support champion on this list that is not an enchanter. In the early game, his [P] Concussive Blows is one of the strongest passives in the game, granting Braum's team easy access to crowd control on multiple targets.
During fights and skirmishes, [E] Unbreakable can be used to protect your carries when they are caught out of position or to block crucial enemy projectiles, proving vital in the mid-game.
- Current stats: 52.02% win rate / 5.7% pick rate

Time to Start the Climb
No matter what your preferred lane or playstyle may be, there is always a champion out there that is perfect for you. When it comes to climbing the ranked ladder, though, it helps to know which champions currently stand above the rest.
With powerful, easy to master kits, these champions can help you on your path to reach new heights in League of Legends. So, make sure to give them a try!
