The latest changes to arrive to League of Legends with Patch 25.10 have shaken up the meta entirely. While the dust settles after sweeping changes to AP items, the most recent wave of buffs and nerfs see some champions soar to new heights, while others are left in the mud.

Whether you're climbing the ranked ladder or keeping an eye on pro play implications, here are the biggest winners and losers of League of Legends Patch 25.10.

Biggest Winners of Patch 25.10

Cho'Gath

The buffs to Cho'Gath in the latest patch have seen the champion's win rate rise by 1.5% in the top lane. The bumps to his base Attack Speed and [E] Vorpal Spikes means it's now better to max out this ability first over [Q] Rupture in most matchups.

By maxing out this ability while running Grasp of the Undying and Heartsteel Cho'Gath's auto-attacks begin to hit like truck, making him one of the biggest winners of the patch without a doubt.

Senna

Oh boy, here we go again. Senna is back in the ADC role with after receiving considerably buffs to her [P] Absolution soul stacking. Not only was the drop rate of souls increased, but these now also increase Senna's crit chance at an improved rate.

After a long time in the shadows, Senna is finally playable as a carry once more, albeit one that certainly needs time to scale. Remember that ADC Senna benefits greatly from specific playstyles and team compositions, though, and is hardly the ideal pick for every match on Summoner's Rift.

Smolder

Though Smolder's buffs may not look like much at first glance, the Fiery Fledgling's win rate has exploded in patch 25.10, while his pick rate nearly doubled from the previous patch at the same time.

With the recent buffs, Smolder's [Q] Super Scorcher Breath scales may better off his [P] Dragon Practice stacks, meaning his power spikes now pack a bigger punch. With the rise of Smolder and Senna, the ADC role is turning into a scaling game in patch 25.10.

Biggest Losers of Patch 25.10

Vi

After spending so much time in the sun, the arrival of patch 25.10 burned Vi hard. Though still capable of locking down an enemy carry from miles away, the Piltover Enforcer no longer has the same access to burst damage she enjoyed for so long.

Nerfs to the damage of her [Q] Vault Breaker and [R] Cease and Desist mean that Vi now requires assistance to take out anyone on the enemy team, particularly in the mid-to-late game. Keep in mind, though, her elite ability to lock down enemy champions on-sight remains untouched.

Yuumi

Like Smolder, the tweaks to Yuumi in the latest patch did not look large at first glance. In truth, though, these are but the culmination of a series of nerfs that have relegated the Magical Cat to one of the lowest tiers among enchanter supports in League of Legends.

Still an easily accessible champion, the nerfs to the healing power of her [R] Final Chapter in patch 25.10 mean that Yuumi just doesn't offer enough protection to her carries when compared to other champions in the game.

Naafiri

Ever since her recent rework, Naafiri has terrorized the jungle in League of Legends. Like Yuumi, though, the latest series of patches have brought several nerfs to Naafiri in an effort to wrap a tighter leash around this mad dog.

Patch 25.10 brought nerfs to the damage Naafiri's [P] We Are More deals to jungle camps. For a champion that is largely dependent on the gold she's able to accrue, the slower jungle clear speed early on has seen Naafiri struggle to keep up with other champions in the role.
