World Champion Duo Expected to Reunite for VCT 2027 Qualifier
Matias “saadhak” Delipetro and Bryan “pANcada” Luna will play together again on a VALORANT team competing in the Brazilian qualifier for VCT Americas Kickoff 2027. Both won the world championship with LOUD in 2022 and are part of a roster assembled specifically for the event, according to a report published by THESPIKE Brasil on Friday, October 23.
Competing under the name “SÓ TEM VELHO”, the team will also feature artzin and dgzin. The fifth player will be selected through tryouts, while Fame will serve as coach.
Who Is on saadhak and pANcada's Team?
So far, four players and a coach have been identified as part of the lineup:
- Matias “saadhak” Delipetro
- Bryan “pANcada” Luna
- Arthur “artzin” Araujo
- Douglas “dgzin” Silva
- João Victor “Fame” Moraes (coach)
Artzin played for FURIA in 2026, while dgzin represented Evil Geniuses. According to THESPIKE, the initial plan is to compete only in the qualifier, without seeking an organization to sign the roster. The VCT transfer window opens on November 2, when players will be able to consider offers for the next season.
Saadhak remains under contract with KRÜ Esports through the end of 2027 but has been given permission to negotiate with other teams. The lineup, therefore, does not represent a permanent commitment among the players for the 2027 season.
saadhak and pANcada Nearly Reunited at KRÜ
The two played together on LOUD when the team won Champions 2022 and became teammates again in 2024 after pANcada returned from Sentinels. At the end of that year, saadhak left the Brazilian organization and joined Karmine Corp.
Another reunion nearly happened in 2026. pANcada was in talks to join KRÜ for Stage 2 of VCT Americas, where saadhak was already playing. The move fell through because pANcada encountered issues with his U.S. visa.
When Does the Brazilian VCT 2027 Qualifier Start?
The first Brazilian qualifier begins on November 5, 2026, with the second scheduled for November 12. The qualifying teams will advance to the national playoffs, where the winner earns a direct spot in VCT Americas Kickoff 2027. The runner-up will still have a chance to compete for the final berth through the Americas LCQ in December.
