Bilibili Gaming (BLG) ADC Park “Viper” Do-hyeon has strongly criticized his team's communication following a 2-1 loss to Top Esports (TES) on Thursday, October 29, during the Swiss Stage of the Worlds 2026 League of Legends World Championship. Speaking to Korean esports outlet Inven, Viper revealed serious communication problems within BLG and stressed that the team urgently needs to improve how its players communicate during matches.

Viper Criticizes BLG's Communication

According to Viper, BLG's communication deteriorated significantly after their Game 2 loss to Top Esports. The ADC explained that, during Game 3, players began making individual calls without listening to what their teammates were saying.

"Players were just blurting out whatever they wanted to say."

Viper also pointed to a critical bot lane fight as an example. During the play, someone on BLG called that the enemy Pantheon had no ultimate available. Shortly afterward, however, Pantheon used his ultimate to join the fight, which ended in a disastrous loss for the Chinese team.

For Viper, the situation has become so serious that restoring proper communication is now a higher priority than figuring out which team compositions to play in upcoming matches.

"Worse than having none at all."

BLG Are One Loss Away From Worlds 2026 Elimination

Viper's comments came after Top Esports came back from a game down to win the series 2-1 and secure a place in the quarterfinals.

With the defeat, BLG dropped to a 2-2 record and will have one final chance to qualify in the fifth and final round of the Swiss Stage on Saturday, October 31. The winner of their next series will advance to the quarterfinals, while the loser will be eliminated from the tournament.

Despite his criticism, Viper still believes BLG can turn things around. The ADC admitted that he currently lacks a clear idea of how the team should approach its games, but suggested that reaching the quarterfinals could provide an opportunity for BLG to grow stronger.
