It has finally happened! Lee "Tarzan" Seung-yong is finally a champion! After putting on a stellar run at the 2025 LPL Split 2 Playoffs, Anyone's Legend and their star man in the jungle both get to lift a trophy for the very first time.

Despite coming into the Grand Finals to take on a Bilibili Gaming (BLG) team that has ruled the LPL over the last few years, Anyone's Legend put on a dominant display in the series, giving their rivals no chance this time around.

Anyone's Legend Level Up for MSI

After coming oh-so-close to the title in the first split of the year in the LPL, Anyone's Legend came into Split 2 looking like one of the strongest teams in the league. Few could have imagined they would wrap up the split looking this good, though.

With BLG cleaning house in the LPL after claiming all of the league's trophies in 2024, the Chinese powerhouse remained one of the most star-studded rosters in the region. And yet, for Anyone's Legend, it simply did not matter who stood before them in their run through the Split 2 Playoffs — they were all going down all the same.

Despite coming into the Finals without a single title under their belt, Anyone's Legend came out of the gates looking like veterans unfazed by the spotlight. Led by Tarzan in the jungle, the squad ruthlessly dominated BLG across the match. AL's control over the series was so absolute that even though they finished the Finals with a 3-1 scoreline, it could well have been (and perhaps should have been) a 4-0, as even in the game that they lost, Anyone's Legend still looked like the much better team.

Tarzan: An MVP to Conquer Demons

Many might be surprised to hear that, despite the seven years and counting that Tarzan has remained one of the very best junglers in the world, the star player had never managed to come away with a trophy. That is, until today.

After two second-place finishes in the LCK and another two second-place finishes in the LPL, it looks like fifth time's a charm, at least as far as Tarzan is concerned. The South Korean player was close to flawless in the Grand Finals, completely running the jungle over his more inexperienced opposition in Ling "Beichuan" Yang.

To complete the heist, Tarzan showed up for the final game of the series to play none other than Zed in the jungle, finishing the game with a 9/0/8 scoreline as he ran over the BLG squad on the pick.

After finishing the series with a total KDA of 22/7/46, the star jungler paired off his first-ever trophy with a Finals MVP award to boot. Truly a day Tarzan won't forget for a very long time.

Now, though, the man of the hour will need to set his sights to MSI 2025 if Anyone's Legend has any hope of turning their first domestic title into an international one.
