T1 League of Legends Support Keria Extends Through to 2029

T1 League of Legends Support Keria Extends Through to 2029

Ryu “Keria” Min-seok is confirmed to have signed an extension with T1 through to 2029, securing a partnership between one of the best Support players in League of Legends with one of the most successful organizations.

Here to Stay: Keria to Remain with T1 until 2029

Keria is the second player from the current T1 roster, after Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, to extend until 2029. The announcement for Faker’s extension came through in July last year, prior to T1 winning a third consecutive Worlds title.

Established as one of the defining pillars of the current T1 dynasty, Keria is well known for his mechanical prowess and unique champion picks, regularly functioning as an ‘X’ factor for T1 in their biggest games.

Keria’s contract was set to expire in November 2026, following the previous extension signed in November 2024. With this re-signing, T1 has secured their Support player for another 3 years.

T1 Holds Steady in the LCK

As per tradition, T1 is holding steady near the top of the LCK board for Round 1-2. The temporary departure of their Head Coach Kk0ma appears not to have affected them too severely as they pulled off wins in their last 3 series.

The re-signing of Keria will undoubtedly go some ways towards keeping the fans satisfied and the team breathing easier, as they challenge for a spot at MSI this year.
