Red Bull Home Ground 2026 World Finals: VALORANT Off-Season Spectacle Hits Los Angeles

Less than two weeks after LOUD made history in Shanghai as the first-ever two-time world champions, the most hyped off-season VALORANT event is making its West Coast debut.

The Red Bull Home Ground World Final 2026 brings ten world-class teams to Los Angeles from December 10 to 13, taking over WePlay Studios and the historic Shrine Auditorium.

Organized in partnership with Riot Games, the tournament features a $100,000 USD prize pool, new roster debuts, live entertainment, and the official Kickoff draws for the upcoming 2027 VCT season.

Red Bull Home Ground West Coast Debut

Red Bull bringing Home Ground to Los Angeles represents a major milestone for the series. Los Angeles serves as the global headquarters for Riot Games, the developer behind VALORANT, as well as the home base for fan-favorite organizations such as Sentinels, G2 Esports, and 100 Thieves.

In addition to the $100,000 USD prize pool and the Home Ground title, the tournament provides teams with an essential training ground to test newly rebuilt lineups and strategies ahead of the official season.

The Ten-Team Field

The tournament field combines international champions, established regional heavyweights, and rising contenders. Eight elite organizations have been directly invited to the World Final, headlined by LOUD, fresh off their world championship victory at Champions Shanghai.

The final two tournament slots will be awarded to the top finishers of the 2027 VCT Americas Kickoff North America Qualifiers, running from November 5 to December 6.

This qualifying window allows emerging regional rosters to earn their tickets to Los Angeles and test themselves against the established tier-1 teams.

Opening Ceremony and Creator Collaborations

Beyond the competition, Red Bull Home Ground 2026 integrates creators and music culture into the main event structure. Multi-platinum rapper and avid gamer bbno$ will headline the World Finals Opening Ceremony at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday, December 13.

Some of Red Bull’s most famous streamers and content creators—such as Ludwig, iiTzTimmy, and Emiru—will face off directly on stage during an official creator showmatch ahead of the final.

Online viewers can watch all the action via official co-streams led by featured creators, alongside main broadcasts on the official Red Bull Twitch and Red Bull Esports YouTube channels.

Live 2027 VCT Kickoff Draws

Red Bull Home Ground 2026 will also serve as the official bridge between the competitive seasons. In collaboration with Riot Games, the Shrine Auditorium stage will host the official 2027 Kickoff draw shows for VCT Americas, VCT EMEA, and VCT Pacific on December 12 and 13!
