Brazilian VALORANT star Felipe "Less" Basso has reportedly reached a verbal agreement to join Team Vitality for the VCT EMEA 2025 season, according to journalist Alejandro "Anonimotum" Gomis.

After Matias "Saadhak" Delipetro’s reported move to Karmine Corp, Less will become the second LOUD player linked with a French VALORANT team.

The 19-year-old Sentinel had an impressive career with LOUD, highlighted by a championship win at VCT Champions 2022. However, both Less and LOUD experienced a challenging 2024 season, which saw inconsistent results.

A Rollercoaster 2024 for Less and LOUD

Less and his team LOUD had an exceptional run in 2022, including a championship victory at the VALORANT Champions 2022. However, the 2024 season was less fruitful for the Brazilian team.

Despite a strong start, with LOUD reaching the Americas Kick-Off final, the squad faltered during the regular VCT season. They were eliminated in the first round of Stage 1 playoffs and failed to qualify for Stage 2 playoffs altogether.

Vitality’s Rising Ambitions

Vitality, also in search of redemption after a challenging year, is positioning itself as a top contender in EMEA. Their 2024 campaign had an abysmal start. Finishing 5th in VCT EMEA Kickoff, Vitality failed to qualify for VCT Masters Madrid.

Their situation kept getting worse, as they followed that up with a bottom place finish at VCT EMEA Stage 1. This meant another failure to qualify for another international tournament in VCT Masters Shanghai.

Vitality’s fortunes turned during Stage 2, as they advanced to the playoffs and reached the grand final, only to be bested by Fnatic. Although they qualified for Champions, Vitality's journey ended in the group stage.

Less’ move to Vitality could mark a significant boost for both the player and the team. As one of the brightest young stars in the VALORANT scene, Less has a chance to rejuvenate his career in the highly competitive EMEA region, while Vitality gains a proven talent eager to bounce back from a challenging season.

Is VALORANT Crossplay? PC, PS5, Xbox & Mobile Explained (2026)

VALORANT does not offer crossplay between PC and console. This means that PC players can only match and play against other PC players, and console players (PS5 and Xbox) players can only match and play against other console players. While there is no crossplay in VALORANT, the game does support cross progression, which means that your account, skins, and any other form of progress carry from one platform to the other (from PC to console, and vice versa).
