LEC 2026 Summer: Schedule, Format, Rosters, and More

It has been non-stop international action over the past month, but European League of Legends is now returning for the final split of the year. The LEC 2026 Summer Split will see ten teams battle across Germany, Spain, and France with the ultimate goal of qualifying to Worlds 2026.

Here's a look at everything you need to know about the 2026 LEC Summer before the start of the split on Friday, July 24!

Teams and Rosters

The LEC is back for one last time this year, and the ten teams that make up the league will see a lot of familiar faces, but also some new ones. Here's a look at all the 2026 LEC Summer teams and rosters:

LEC 2026 Summer Schedule and Format

As usual, the 2026 LEC Summer will take place across two stages: the Regular Season and the Playoffs. Here's how each of these stages will work:

Regular Season:

• Single round-robin
• All matches are Bo3 (Fearless Draft)
• Top six teams advance to Playoffs:
  • Top 4 teams are seeded into the Upper Bracket
  • #5 & #6 teams will start from the Lower Bracket
• Bottom four teams are eliminated from the tournament
• The Regular Season will run between July 24 - September 6

Playoffs:

• All matches are Bo5 (Fearless Draft)
• Top 3 teams qualify for Worlds 2026 in the United States
• Playoffs will run between September 5 - September 20
• Match days start at 5 pm CET

LEC Roadtrips Return!

The LEC 2026 Summer Roadtrips will offer stops in Madrid, Paris, and Nice, letting crowds all over Europe connect with their teams more easily.

For this split, the LEC will hit the road for the following dates and locations:

• • Paris, France: Opening Weekend — July 24-26 (hosted by Karmine Corp)
  • Madrid, Spain: First week of Playoffs — September 5-6 (hosted by Movistar KOI)
  • Nice, France: Finals Weekend — September 18-20

Opening Matches

The opening weekend of the 2026 LEC Summer Split is one you will not want to miss! Not only does it represent the return of the LEC, but you will also get the chance to see some of your favorite League of Legends players from back in the day as several legendary names return for the EU LCS Legends Showmatch on the new Classic League.

As for the opening action of the LEC itself, the 2026 Summer Split will feature the following exciting matches to kick things off:

• G2 Esports vs Movistar KOI [Friday, July 24 - 4:30 pm CET]
• Karmine Corp vs Team Vitality [Friday, July 24 - 7:30 pm CET]

LEC 2026 Summer Tickets

When it's not hitting the road, the LEC Summer 2026 action will take place at the Riot Games Arena in Berlin. If you'd like to catch the action live along with several other fans, then you'll be glad to know that tickets for both the Regular Season and the Playoffs are already on sale.

All 2026 LEC Summer tickets for the Berlin studio will cost as low as €15 and can purchased through the official LEC ticket shop.
