According to Brieuc “LEC Wooloo” Seeger, Karmine Corp is set to make a series of massive roster moves ahead of the new LEC season. The French organization was just announced a month ago, on the 18th of October, to be joining for the 2024 season.

Swedish coach turned content creator Jakob “YamatoCannon” Mebdi is returning to the coaching spotlight in 2024 after a 1 year break. YamatoCannon previously joined Karmine briefly in September for the Coupe de France 2023 event. However, now he will be joining the roster on a more permanent basis as the Head Coach.

Moreover, Seeger also reported that Team Vitality Jungler Zhou “Bo” Yang-Bo is set to join the French organization. Despite an incredible start to the season, Team Vitality experienced a slow decline. This eventually saw them go from 1st place in the Winter Split to 10th in the Summer.

Bo was a massive part of the initial excitement surrounding this roster, showing great promise as a talent competing in the EU. However, Team Vitality’s decline coincided with Bo’s stock.

Lastly, Alejandro “anonimotum” Gomis reported that Team Vitality’s ADC Elias “Upset” Lipp has reached a verbal agreement with the fast-rising French roster. This move would see the 23-year-old German ADC move on from Vitality after 8 months and 2 splits.

Karmine Corp currently already have Jakub “Cinkrof” Rokicki signed as their jungler. Caliste “Caliste” Henry-Hennebert is also still signed as their ADC. However, most of the current roster’s contract is set to expire on the 20th of November. The sole exception to this on the current lineup is “Caliste”, who has his contract expiring on the 18th of November 2024.

At the time of writing (11/11/2023), Karmine Corp’s roster in 2024 is set to look as such:

  • Lucas “Cabochard” Simon-Meslet (Top) [Unconfirmed status]
  • Jakub “Cinkrof” Rokicki (Jungle) [Unconfirmed status]
  • Zhou “Bo” Yang-Bo (Jungle)
  • Lucas “Saken” Fayard (Mid) [Unconfirmed status]
  • Caliste “Caliste” Henry-Hennebert (ADC) [Unconfirmed status]
  • Raphaël “Targamas” Crabbé (Support) [Unconfirmed status]
  • Kamel “Kameto” Kebir (Sub/Jungle)
  • Jakob “YamatoCannon” Mebdi (Head Coach)
