After his departure from FURIA, Andrei "arT" Piovezan finds himself embarking on a new journey with Fluxo. The seasoned in-game leader joins the team alongside rising talent Nicollas "nicks" Polonio de Oliveira.

This roster overhaul sees Vinicios "PKL" Coelho and Vinicius "vsm" Moreira stepping down, marking a significant transition for Fluxo.

A Fresh Start and a Rising Star

Following FURIA's underwhelming performances in tournaments like IEM Chengdu and IEM Katowice Play-in, arT found himself benched. Despite the disappointing turn of events, he expressed optimism about his future, embracing the opportunity for a new beginning.

Joining arT on Fluxo's revamped roster is nicks, whose brief tenure with MIBR Academy showcased his potential. Despite a modest start, nicks demonstrated improvement, boasting a commendable rating of 1.12 in 2024. His recent success with MIBR Academy, securing second place in RedZone PRO League, adds to his appeal as a promising talent.

Fluxo's Quest for Redemption

Fluxo's performance in 2024 has been marked by inconsistency, with notable victories few and far between. While they clinched first place in RES Regional Series 1, their inability to qualify for prestigious tournaments like the PGL Major Copenhagen Americas RMR and IEM Dallas underscored their struggles. However, the team's current lead in ESL Challenger League Season 45 South America signifies a potential turning point.

The New Lineup

With arT and nicks onboard, Fluxo's lineup undergoes a transformation:

Lucas "Lucaozy" Neves

Romeu "zevy" Rocco

Richard "chayJESUS" Seidy

Andrei "arT" Piovezan

Nicollas "nicks" Polonio de Oliveira

Guiding this new roster is coach Marcos "tacitus" Castilho, whose expertise will be invaluable as Fluxo aims for a resurgence.

First Debut

As Fluxo made their much-anticipated debut with their revamped lineup against paiN Gaming, fans eagerly awaited a glimpse of what the future holds. In a series of intense back-to-back Bo1 matches at ESL Challenger League Season 47,

Fluxo faced paiN head-on. The initial clash on Nuke saw paiN narrowly edge out Fluxo with a score of 13-10. However, showing resilience, Fluxo bounced back on Vertigo, securing a convincing 13-8 victory.

Despite the split results, it's evident that both arT and nicks are still finding their footing within the team. Adjusting to new dynamics and strategies will undoubtedly take time, but with arT's seasoned leadership and nicks' talent, Fluxo remains determined to carve a path to success in the fiercely competitive CS2 scene.

CS2 Major Revenue Share Changes Are Pushing Organizations Away from Counter-Strike

Valve’s new CS2 Major revenue share ties sticker income to VRS and final placement, removing capsule‑style payouts and concentrating money among top finishers. The result: higher volatility for clubs that relied on sticker cheques, early roster cuts like Gaimin Gladiators, and a narrower field of sustainable CS2 organizations unless the payout model changes.
