To adjust for the roster rule violation, FaZe Clan have decided to bring back rain, benching jcobbb for the rest of ESL Pro League Season 22.

FaZe Clan to Play ESL Pro League Season 22 with Rain

Earlier today, FaZe Clan had to forfeit their game against G2 Esports because of the VRS roster ruling. With the series at 0-1 and unable to play with their current lineup, FaZe Clan had to decide between forfeiting the rest of the tournament or adjusting the roster to comply with the rule.

In response, the squad has decided to bring back rain for the remainder of ESL Pro League Season 22. Jcobbb, FaZe’s youngest member, will spend time on the bench while Twistzz continues playing with the roster.

The decision to bench jcobbb over Twistzz might seem questionable given that the team has practiced with rain and jcobbb in the lineup. However, the move ensures Twistzz gets enough games under the FaZe banner to be eligible to represent the org at the Major.

Following ESL Pro League Season 22, for the remainder of the season, the FaZe Clan roster will be as follows:

With rain still under contract with FaZe Clan, if the EPL S22 roster (with rain) makes a deep run, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the lineup remains unchanged until the Major.

With Round 1 still underway, FaZe Clan will be notified about tomorrow’s opponent later today. They will have very little time to practice with rain and Twistzz.

CS2 Major Revenue Share Changes Are Pushing Organizations Away from Counter-Strike

Valve’s new CS2 Major revenue share ties sticker income to VRS and final placement, removing capsule‑style payouts and concentrating money among top finishers. The result: higher volatility for clubs that relied on sticker cheques, early roster cuts like Gaimin Gladiators, and a narrower field of sustainable CS2 organizations unless the payout model changes.
