FalleN Overtakes ZywOo to Set All-Time LAN Clutch Record
Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo has broken the all-time record for clutches won on LAN in Counter-Strike history. The FURIA captain reached 487 clutch wins during IEM Beijing 2026, surpassing Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut, who has 486.
The record covers clutches won at LAN events across both CS:GO and CS2. A clutch occurs when the last surviving player on a team wins the round against one or more opponents, commonly referred to as a 1vX situation.
FalleN took the top spot less than two months after climbing to second place. In September, the Brazilian overtook Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth during StarLadder StarSeries Fall in Barcelona.
FalleN Takes the All-Time Lead in LAN Clutches
With 487 clutches won on LAN, FalleN now sits just one ahead of Vitality's ZywOo. Nikola “NiKo” Kovač ranks third with 474.
On September 21, 2026, FalleN reached 475 LAN clutch wins during StarLadder StarSeries Fall. He won five clutch rounds throughout FURIA's campaign, which ended with a third-place finish.
At the time, ZywOo led the ranking with 481 clutches, followed by FalleN with 475 and Xyp9x with 472.
Between that update and IEM Beijing, FalleN added 12 clutch wins to his career total, while ZywOo went from 481 to 486. That was enough for the Brazilian to take the lead in November.
Here are the top six players in the ranking following FalleN's record-breaking achievement:
- Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo: 487 clutches
- Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut: 486 clutches
- Nikola “NiKo” Kovač: 474 clutches
- Nicolai “device” Reedtz: 472 clutches
- Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth: 467 clutches
- Robin “ropz” Kool: 444 clutches
FURIA Eliminated by BetBoom at IEM Beijing 2026
FalleN's individual record came during a tournament run that ended with FURIA's elimination. On Friday, November 6, the Brazilian team lost 2-1 to BetBoom in the quarterfinals of IEM Beijing 2026 in China.
BetBoom opened the series with a 13-5 win on Ancient. FURIA responded on Dust2, where FalleN secured a pistol-round ace, and took the map 13-10 to level the series.
The decider went to Nuke. FURIA fought back from a deficit to force overtime, but BetBoom closed out the map 16-14 to book their place in the semifinals.
FURIA finished the tournament in 5th-6th place, earning $87,500 in prize money. BetBoom advanced to face MOUZ in the semifinals on Saturday, November 7.
FURIA's next scheduled match is against Legacy on November 10, in their BLAST Rivals Season 2 opener in Hong Kong. It will be the team's final tournament before the PGL Singapore Major.
