League of Legends Patch 25.15 has shaken up the meta once again, introducing a fresh wave of buffs, nerfs, and balance tweaks that are already influencing Solo Queue. Whether you’re looking to secure a last-minute rank up or simply dominate your next climb, picking the right champions can make all the difference.

In this patch, certain picks stand out for their ability to carry games, exploit the current meta, and thrive in both early skirmishes and late-game team fights. Here’s our breakdown of the best champions to climb ranked in Patch 25.15.

Best Champions League of Legends Patch 25.15

Top Lane

Warwick

Warwick continues to terrorize the Top Lane thanks to his superior sustain in lane, and his ability to turn early skirmishes around in a flash. His laning strength, coupled with the oppressive strength of his [R] Infinite Duress, have allowed Warwick to hold the highest win rate in the Top Lane at 52.65%.

Sett

Another patch, another couple of weeks of Sett dominance. Due to his excellent dueling power, deceptive burst, and access to crowd control, Sett can even turn enemy ganks around without too much trouble.

Perhaps this serves to explain why Sett is the most played Top Laner of the Patch 25.15 in Solo Queue with a pick rate of 9%.

Mordekaiser

One of the most dominant laners in the game, the sheer burst of Mordekaiser's [Q] Obliterate is enough to win most duels. Add the champion's [R] Realm of Death on top of that, and you got yourself a monster in the Top Lane.

If you're looking for an easy-to-learn Top Laner to pick up for your next League of Legends climbing session, then Mordekaiser is the champion for you.

Jungle

Trundle

Currently, Trundle comes very close to being the perfect Jungler. From a good early clear, to strong dueling capabilities and excellent ganking powers, there is little reason to say no to the Troll King.

For this reason, Trundle is the highest win rate Jungler in Solo Queue (53.47%) despite his outstanding pick rate (9.1%).

Volibear

Volibear continues to rise in power as people figure out more and more ways to make the most of the champion's kit. His strong early ganks along with the gap-closing power of his [R] Stormbringer later on make Volibear a threat throughout the entire game, and a champion to keep your eye on if you're looking to climb ranked in League of Legends.

Warwick

Warwick is so strong in Patch 25.15, that he shows up on our list across two different positions. As a Jungler, Warwick can easily hunt down kills with his [W] Blood Hunt, securing an early lead for yourself. Later on, [R] Infinite Duress will ensure you have no trouble shutting down an enemy carry when the game calls for it.

Mid Lane

Veigar

Boasting one of the simplest kits in the entire game, Veigar continues to be incredibly oppressive in the Mid Lane. His range gives you enough safety in the laning phase while racking up the stacks of [P] Phenomenal Evil Power. From the mid game and onwards, your [E] Event Horizon can easily catch enemies off guard, allowing you to burst an opposing champion right out of the Rift.

Malzahar

Thanks to his unrivaled ability to shut down enemy carries on the spot, Malzahar continues to be one of the most reliable champion picks in the Mid Lane. Struggling to deal with a fed enemy carry? That's exactly what your [R] Nether Grasp is for!

Diana

If you're looking to move away from the conventional mage picks, then Diana is the champion for you. Thanks to her high burst and the game-changing capabilities of her [R] Moonfall, Diana is the assassin with the highest win rate (51.61%) in the Mid Lane in Patch 25.15.

Bottom Lane

Kog'Maw

When it comes to Kog'Maw, it's all about positioning. Currently the highest win rate ADC in the Bot Lane (52.93%), Kog'Maw excels in compositions that grant you the safety you need to simply stand back and dish out the pain.

Be wary, though, a single misstep could very well spell doom!

Smolder

Smolder continues to rise as one of the best scaling champions in League of Legends. For a champion that is all about the late game, though, Smolder does surprisingly well for himself in the laning phase as well, allowing you to rack up [P] Dragon Practice stacks before you start executing champions left and right.

Nilah

Riot supposedly nerfed Nilah in Patch 25.15 by increasing her base AD, but reducing her attack speed scaling. The result? Nilah continues to dominate the ladder, boasting a 52.91% win rate in Patch 25.15.

Strong in both the early laning and later team fights, Nilah is the perfect pick for aggressive ADC players looking to climb in ranked.

Support

Milio

If you're all about keeping your carries safe and allowing them to take over the game, then Milio is the champion for you. Just remember to keep an eye out for that perfect moment in team fights when using your [R] Breath of Life can be the difference between life and death for your teammates.

Nami

A strong laner, and an even better team fighter, there's little Nami can't do. Need heals? Check. Need crowd control? Check. Need a burst of movement speed? You got it!

Nami pairs best with aggressive ADC picks and players who manage to make the most of her [W] Ebb and Flow from early on.

Leona

After the recent nerfs to champions like Alistar and Braum, Leona has risen as the single best tank Support option in the game. Capable of creating picks for her team, peeling for her ADC, or helping burst a target down thanks to her [P] Sunlight, Leona provides a perfect pick for players looking to take over the game from the Support role.
