If there is one word to define the reign of Cloud9 White in Game Changers NA, it is dominance. The team has been unbeaten since the inception of Game Changers. The team has a record of 57W-1L in the last two years of the Game changers championship. Going into the VCT Game Changers Championship, the team is considered a heavy favourite, and it'd be the first time they will face International competition.

MAJKL - The Majkl beginnings:

In June 2020, after Valorant's public release, mel, annie, jazzy, Katsumi, and Alexis came together to form Majkl. The team competed in multiple Valorant tournaments. MAJKL were one of the first few Valorant female Valorant rosters. So Riot invited them to the first all-female Valorant tournament, the FTW Summer Showdown. In the tournament, the team completely decimated the competition and won the whole series without dropping a single map throughout the competition.

With the FTW Summer Showdown Victory, multiple offers come pouring in. Soon the roster chose to go with Cloud9, and the team Cloud9 White was established.

Come 2021, Riot announced the Valorant Game Changers, a tournament circuit for marginalised gender and females. The team signed Keiti, a duelist superstar. The team completely dominated the first VCT Game Changers tournament. Keiti was a massive part of that win. But in April 2021, Keiti was released from the Cloud9 White roster based on misconduct towards observer mel.

Many people thought the team would fall apart, but C9 White pulled together, and during the second VCT Game Changers NA shunned all the doubters winning once again without dropping a map. The winning didn't stop, and They won all the Game changers in 2021.

The Roster Change:

After the first Game Changers, the team's long-time member AnnieDro took a step back from the competition, and the team brought in Bob. The team only got better. Following the change, The team finally dropped a map to their long-time rivals, Shopify Rebellion but won the second Game Changers tournament of 2022, beating the same team 3-0.

In the last and final Game changers tournament with VCT Game Changers Championship on line, The team came in and decimated the qualifiers along with the playoffs qualifying for VCT Game Changers Championship Berlin. The run was dominant, so much so that they won the tournament without letting the opposition reach double digits. Bob finished the tournament with 300+ ACS and 2.49 KD. The team had an average ACS of 220+ and a KD of 1.39+.

What makes Cloud9 White so dominant?

The domination C9 white has had in the Game Changers Division is unheard of, and no team has come closer yet. While there might be better Game Changer players but the coordination and synergy of Cloud9 White are off the charts. The team has to be one of the best in adapting to the meta and innovating and playing the game in a way that suits them. They adapted to the Astra meta and Chamber meta, where mel dominated the competition.

The team is the hardest working team in NA and has been continuously competing in Valorant Tier 2 and Tier 1 co-ed tournaments and are always trying to get better. With hard work and determination, success is sure to come their way. Going to Berlin, Cloud9 White will face their biggest competition yet, and the team will be looking at securing the inaugural VCT Game Changers Championship.
