Riot Games has revealed the upcoming Dark Star skins in a short teaser trailer. In it, several key details are confirmed as well as who the lucky champions to receive the skins will be.

The skins, as outlined in Riot's roadmap for Worlds 2024, will come to us on October 23rd with the release of patch 14.21.

A Gorgeous Roster

The champions who appear in trailer and will be the recipients of the Dark Star skins in patch 14.21 will be:

  • Sylas
  • Kai'Sa
  • Yorick
  • Zoe
  • Diana

Legendary Sylas

Sylas will be the champion to receive the Legendary Dark Star skin. As such, expect changes to several of Sylas' animations to come along with the skin.

If you're interested in purchasing Sylas' Dark Star skin, keep in mind that, as a Legendary skin, the cost of the new Sylas skin will be 1820 RP (roughly $15).

Prestige Diana

As can be seen in the video, Diana's Dark Star skin will also feature a Prestige edition. The Dark Star Diana Prestige edition skin features a very clean look as Diana chooses to drop the armor in favor of a lighter and more nimble attire.

At the time, it is unclear how the Prestige version of the skin can be attainable, or how much it will cost to acquire.

Yorick - A Long Time Coming

The inclusion of Yorick into the skinline certainly came as a surprise. With the release of Dark Star Yorick with patch 14.21 at the end of October, Yorick will see his skin drought come to an end.

The last skin released for Yorick came in the form of Spirit Blossom Yorick, which came into the game more than 2 years ago. Fans of the champion have certainly been made to wait, but it may just have all been worth it with the upcoming Dark Star Yorick skin.
