OG has piqued everyone’s interest by putting their star safelaner, Artem "Yuragi" Golubiev, in their inactive roster. With everyone keeping a close eye on them, the two-time TI-winning organization announced  South American safelaner, Enzo "Timado" Gianoli, will be standing in for them at DreamLeague Season 22.

In their announcement, OG even hilariously expressed their gratitude to the community for not leaking this information. The player parted ways with his former squad as they got dropped by Tundra Esports. Since then, he has been a free agent available on the market.

In the recent turn of events, OG urgently needs a plus one who can join the team at a moment’s notice. Thus, Timado was the perfect choice for them.

A Quick Reflection of OG

There is no denying that OG had one of the worst years in 2023. They even failed to qualify for The International, which was the first time in the team’s history.

Enter 2024, and the team started showing vital signs of promise. They qualified for multiple tournaments through the regional qualifiers.

At LANs, they failed to live up to the expectations. The recent disappointing result at the BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 pushed them to shake things up in their roster. In one of his recent interviews, OG’s in-game leader, Sébastien "Ceb" Debs revealed the team’s desire to maintain a stable lineup.

Will Timado be the final piece in OG’s puzzle?

Timado has demonstrated his ability to perform excellently under pressure and adjust to diverse playstyles in his past teams, Tundra Esports and TSM. Furthermore, during his time with TSM, the player showcased remarkable skills and gained rich experience.

His previous experiences could assist OG in introducing a fresh perspective to their gameplay. Moreover, with Timado’s remarkable abilities and fresh perspective, the team could reclaim the top spot in the competitive Dota 2 scene.

Furthermore, he is not the only South American native in OG. At the start of the 2024 Dota 2 competitive season, OG recruited Adrián "Wisper" Dobles as the newest offlaner for the team. He already has shown why he was the perfect fit for the team.

With the addition of Timado to their roster, the current lineup of OG for the upcoming DreamLeague Season 22 is as follows:

  • Enzo "Timado" Gianoli
  • Bozhidar "bzm" Bogdanov
  • Adrián "Wisper" Dobles
  • Matthew "Ari" Walker
  • Sébastien "Ceb" Debs

The Dota 2 community is keeping a close eye on the two-time International champions with Enzo in their roster to see whether they can regain their top spot. OG's new safelaner will make his debut in DreamLeague Season 22, which officially starts on February 25th, 2023. The tournament features a prize pool of USD 1,000,000 and 18,550 EPT Points.
