Sentinels VALORANT Officially Introduce Jerrwin Ahead of VCT 2026: Americas Stage 1

Sentinels VALORANT Officially Introduce Jerrwin Ahead of VCT 2026: Americas Stage 1

After a turbulent start to the year, Sentinels and Rob Moore shook up the VALORANT roster, letting go of head coach Kaplan, as well as N4RRATE and Kyu.

A few weeks ago, Ewok was introduced as the head coach, followed by former G2 Esports player JonahP. And today, the organization introduced the final piece of the puzzle in Gurjiwan “Jerrwin” Gill.

Who is Jerrwin?

Jerrwin is a 22-year-old duelist who has been grinding the NA Challengers scene for the past two years. Playing for SaD Esports, he has won multiple Tier 2 and Tier 3 tournaments and represented them at VCL NA Stage 1 2026.

The team placed third in the tournament, behind QoR and Shopify Rebellion Black.

Coming into Sentinels, Jerrwin will have to fill the vacancy left by N4RRATE as the team’s primary duelist. With limited experience at Tier 1 level, the upcoming VCT 2026: Americas Stage 1 will be a big test for the youngster.

Where is TenZ?

After Sentinels announced the departure of N4RRATE, former Sentinels player—and the face of NA VALORANT—TenZ was rumored to be trialing with the team. Many believed the two-time Masters winner’s return would reinvigorate the Sentinels roster and bring them back to the top.

Unfortunately, with TenZ contracted to multiple brands as a streamer, it was not possible for him to immediately return to the stage, despite Sentinels and Rob Moore being keen to give the superstar a spot.

With that opportunity gone, Sentinels turned to Jerrwin, who will now compete for the organization alongside JonahP and the rest of the roster.

The new Sentinels lineup will debut on April 10, when they take on KRÜ to kick off VCT 2026: Americas Stage 1.
