The NA'VI Valorant team is undergoing a major rebuild after two years of underwhelming performances. Following disappointing results in 2023 and 2024, the Ukrainian organization announced plans to revamp its roster from scratch. This decision comes in the wake of continuous struggles and a series of roster and coaching changes that failed to produce the desired outcomes.

The two-year journey that brought NA'VI to the ground

In 2024, NA'VI attempted to bolster their roster by signing Ardis "ardiis" Svarenieks, who replaced Mehmet "cNed" İpek. Despite this addition, the team's performance remained subpar. Management preserved the core roster and focused on restructuring the coaching staff, replacing head coach Erik "Erik" Sandgren with Oliwer "LATEKS" Fahlander, who had previously served as an assistant coach. However, these changes proved insufficient.

Early 2024 saw NA'VI securing a respectable 3rd place at the VCT 2024: EMEA Kickoff, narrowly missing out on the Masters. Yet, their performance declined as they placed 6th in VCT 2024: EMEA Stage 1 and 5th in Stage 2. These results prompted the organization to initiate significant changes, signaling a complete overhaul of the roster.

Seeking new talent, from players to coaching staff

NA'VI is now actively seeking new talent to rebuild their team. CEO Ami made a public call for both players and coaching staff to join the organization, inviting interested candidates to contact via email or Twitter DM. This move has sparked widespread speculation and discussion within the Valorant community, with fans and analysts debating potential roster changes and new signings.

Community reactions to the NA'VI rebuild

The Valorant community has been speculating about NA'VI's future moves. Fans on forums and social media have suggested various players who could join the team, including discussions about retaining or replacing current members like Shao and Suygetsu. Some fans believe that retaining Ardiis could be beneficial, given his performance this year, while others argue for a complete fresh start.

What’s next for NaVi?

NaVi's management is expected to make a series of announcements soon, detailing the new roster and coaching staff. This rebuild aims to return NaVi to the top of the Valorant scene and restore their competitive edge. As the organization seeks to regain its stature, fans eagerly await news of new signings and the strategic direction the team will take.

In summary, their commitment to revamping their roster reflects their determination to overcome past challenges and re-establish themselves as a dominant force in Valorant. The upcoming changes signify a fresh start, promising an exciting new chapter for NA'VI and its supporters.
