Hearthstone Masters Fall Championship 2022 is the second seasonal tournament of the year after the Summer Championship and is now less than a week away.

 

Hearthstone Masters Structure:

All the players participating in the Masters tour need an official invitation from Blizzard to participate in the tournament. To be eligible to participate, the players must be part of the EU, America and APAC region.

Each Masters season is split into two seasons, viz Summer and Fall, with the World Championship following the second season's conclusion.

Each season is split based on the region, i.e. Americas, Europe and the Asia Pacific. The players will play during the regular season to qualify for the end-of-season championship, and the winner of the Seasonal Championship gets a direct entry to the World Championship. There'd be three tournaments + 1 seasonal Championship in one season. Everything will conclude at the End of the year World Championship attended by the top players across multiple regions.

Players will accumulate points by attending the playoffs of Masters Tournaments, and the top players will play in the Seasonal Playoff tournaments.

All the Seasonal playoff tournaments will be best-of-five, 4-deck Conquest with a ban phase format tournaments. Blizzard will make all the decisions. Players have to receive Blizzard's invitation to be able to play in the game.

 

Masters Fall Championship:

The 2022 Masters Fall Championship will be a $50,000 prize pool tournament. It will feature the top players from the current season's Masters Tours. The invited 16 top players will duel online for the title of Hearthstone 2022 Masters Fall Champion and a prize of $2.6k. The tournament will start as Four groups of four-player Dual-tournament format, and only eight players will play in the playoffs.

The final eight players will play in a single-elimination bracket tournament. All the matches will be best-of-five conquest format with a ban. Players will use standard decks for the games, and Blizzard will provide the accounts for the tournament. Players also have to abide by the rules notified to them by Blizzard before the tournament.

 

Masters Fall Championship Schedule:

Hearthstone Fall Championship Schedule

  • Day 1 - October 28th: Group A/B winner, elimination and decider
  • Day 2 - October 29th: Group C/D Winner, Elimination and Decider Matches
  • Day 3 - October 30th: Decider matches, Semifinals and Finals.

The first two days will feature 20 matches, 10 per day. The final day will feature deciders for the groups. The Decider winners will play a single-elimination playoff round.

Finally, the top 4 players will compete for the title of Masters Fall Champion.

The Masters Fall Champion will receive prize money, and the title will receive a direct invite to the World Championships.
