And just like that, the 2025 Red Bull League of Its Own offseason event has come and gone. Though its duration may have been short, the tournament was never short on fun, as the reigning World Champs of T1 took on some of the most recognizable teams in Europe inside a packed and vibrant arena in Munich, Germany.

Champs or not, T1 couldn't make it past G2 Esports, rising copium levels to the max before the start of the 2026 LEC Season.

G2 vs T1: A Bloody Showdown

As soon as T1 and G2 showed up on the Rift, it was clear fans would be in for a treat. In fact, in only took 50 seconds for first blood to take place as T1 secured two quick kills. G2, however, promptly began turning things around off the back of an inspired Steven "Hans Sama" Liv in the Bot Lane.

In a full display of mechanical skill, neither team would let off the gas. After 28 minutes of virtually non-stop action, G2 took the win over the back-to-back-to-back champs in game that saw a total of 61 kills (that's over 2 kills per minute).

Though not the ideal result, T1's new AD carry Kim "Peyz" Su-hwan could have hardly asked for a more fun debut with his new team.

An Event to Remember: 2025 Red Bull League of Its Own Results

The World Champs didn't just struggle against G2, though. While the tournament is definitely not to be taken seriously, it's worth noting that T1 came away from Red Bull League of Its Own with just a single win after also losing to Los Ratones to close out the event.
