The prodigal son returns! After more than a month away from the LoL team, star top laner Chen "Bin" Zebin is returning to the starting lineup of Bilibili Gaming (BLG) once more.

Bin Back to Rescue BLG?

One of the very best players in the world, Bin announced he would be stepping down from his starting position on BLG immediately after the team's elimination from the Esports World Cup back in July of this year.

The team's academy top laner Yang "Wenbo" Wenbo was called up to fill the spot straightaway. Just a few matches later, though, BLG decided they needed more experience in the position. This led the team to sign veteran player and former World Champion Li "Flandre" Xuanjun.

With Flandre leading the top side of the map, BLG has put up 2 wins and 1 loss in the LPL Split 3 Group Stage. Ever since Bin's exit, the team's record comes up to 9-2, with losses only to Top Esports and JD Gaming.

Though the team's record is nothing to scoff at, the truth is that BLG as a whole has not looked nearly as dominant as they did back at the start of the year.

Now, the organization announced on Weibo the return of Bin to the starting lineup, starting with their upcoming match against LGD Gaming this Thursday, August 20.

For now, BLG has yet to clarify whether Bin is officially back for the long haul. The move sees Flandre relegated to the bench for the time being as fans eagerly await to find out if Bin is back in full force.
