The LCS has officially announced that LCS legend Søren "Bjergsen" Bjerg will be making an appearance at the LCS Championship finals weekend.

Starting this Saturday at 10 am PT, fans will be able to find Bjergsen at the LCS Fan Fest at the YouTube Theatre, where the player will be hosting a Meet & Greet.

A legend of the LCS returns

One of the most successful players in the history of the region, Bjergsen is a household name of the LCS and, more specifically, TSM.

Following a long and trophy-filled career with TSM, Bjergsen transitioned to a coaching position towards the end of 2020. The new role, however, did not last long.

In November of 2021 Bjergsen returned to the mid lane, this time signing for Team Liquid. After one year with the team and then a short stint for 100 Thieves, Bjergsen officially hung up the mouse and keyboard in April of 2023.

Since then, Bjergsen has chosen to spend time away from the spotlight, with fans of the player often wondering aloud about the former MVP in voices filled with longing.

Now, nearly a year and a half later, fans will no doubt be delighted to have the opportunity to see and meet Bjergsen once more.

Bjergsen's long list of accolades includes:

  • LCS Champion x6 (2014 Summer, 2015 Spring, 2016 Summer, 2017 Spring, 2017 Summer, 2020 Summer)
  • IEM Season 9 World Champion (2015)
  • LCS Most Valuable Player x3 (2015 Spring, 2016 Summer, 2017 Summer)
  • LCS 1st All-Pro Team x6 (2016 Summer, 2017 Spring, 2018 Spring, 2019 Spring, 2020 Summer, 2022 Spring)

Locke in League of Legends: Abilities, Playstyle, Release Date

Riot’s newest champion, Corvin Locke, arrives as a nail-slinging exorcist versed in forbidden rites, shaped by a childhood steeped in Demacian lies and hypocrisy. Born to Demacian occultists, Locke grew up learning a brutal lesson: demons are not the source of humanity’s darkness, but its consequence. That belief drives his mission now—to tear through every soul, expose its hidden rot, and make the world a little more honest, one exorcism at a time.
