The LCS Summer 2024 Lower Bracket Semifinals saw Cloud9 taking on 100 Thieves for the coveted Worlds 2024 qualification.

Previously, Flyquest took down Cloud9 3-1, pushing the regular season 2nd seed to the lower brackets. 100 Thieves bounced back after their Team Liquid loss to take down Dignitas in a closer series to secure the Lower Bracket Semifinals.

The game started with 100 Thieves drawing the first blood, as they outclassed Cloud9 going 1-0 up in the series. Cloud9 answered back swiftly, tying up the series 1-1, going into the third game.

Game 3 saw Cloud9’s composition with Jojopyun on LeBlanc, struggling to keep up with 100 Thieves, leading to the latter going 2-1 up in the series.

Cloud9 looked completely lost in Game 4, losing the series 1-3 and getting eliminated from LCS Summer 2024. The loss is especially heartbreaking as Cloud9, one of the strongest teams on paper, will miss Worlds yet again.

On the other side, with a solid win over the NA LCS #2 seed, 100 Thieves have now secured Worlds 2024 and the LCS Summer 2024 Lower Finals.

Following their win, Sniper gave a shoutout to his brother V1per, and his family.

This is the first year for Sniper playing in the LCS and now he has secured the Worlds 2024 stage.

100 Thieves will face Flyquest in the Lower Finals for a spot at the LCS Summer 2024 Grand Finals. Catch the action live on Twitch or YouTube. You can also follow the game on Strafe.
