The International 2023 was a massive improvement from last year's event, with better overall success. However, this year's prize pool was lower compared to the previous year. Eva Elfie, stepped up to help boost the prize pool of The International 2023. However, Team Spirit, The International 2023 champions, turned down her aid.

The International is the most prestigious tournament in Dota 2 esports. The champions earned more than double the tournament’s prize pool some months back at The Riyadh Masters 2023.

The International 2023 champions, Team Spirit only received 1.4 million dollars for winning their second aegis. It is way less than what they earned when they won their first aegis in 2021. However, to make their efforts worthwhile, Eva Elfie decided to donate all the earnings she made from OnlyFans during The International 2023 weekend.

As the weekend ended and the champions got crowned, Eva Elfie announced she had raised $25,000. She also clarified her intentions. In her statement, the main reason for her doing this is because it was fun, and she wanted to shed light on the prize pool declining in esports events.

The Eva-national?

Unfortunately, she also announced Team Spirit declined her donation. However, this decision leaves her with the funds she raised. Thus, she turned to the community to ask for suggestions on what to do with the money.

Her first option was to donate it to the runner-up team, Gaimin Gladiators, but she had a better  one - she wanted to run her tournament. The community favored the latter. Eva has decided to take a poll for her decision.
