The EMEA Masters Summer tournament has a drawn to a close with Team BDS Academy taking the win in dominant fashion over Vitality.Bee.

In an all-LFL final, BDSA showed Europe they were the French first seed for a reason as they disposed of the third seeded LFL team with relative ease on their way to lifting the trophy.

EMEA Masters Summer Final - LFL Edition

Coming into the series, all eyes were on a BDSA team that had already beaten Vit.B in 3-1 fashion in the LFL playoffs exactly one month prior.

BDSA did not disappoint, and flew into game 1 by dominating their LFL rivals all game long and leaving no room for a comeback.

Particularly impressive was jungle Rudy "SkewMond" Semaan, who put up an incredible performance on Viego, finishing the game with a 12/0/7 KDA.

Despite Vit.B managing to show signs of life with a stellar performance by the entire team in the second game of the series, BDSA ultimately decided they were done playing around.

Assuredly controlling the tempo of the game for the next two games, BDSA managed to close out the series in 4 games after aggressive and confident performances from their AD carry, Tim "Keduii" Willers, to win EMEA Masters Summer.

After putting up 23/7/27 KDA for the series across four different champions (Jhin, Zeri, Kai'Sa and Miss Fortune), Keduii was awarded with the title of MVP of the finals.

The German ADC player has been a stand out performer for BDSA for some time now, and was a worthy recipient of the award in the end.

Result: BDSA Academy 3 - 1 Vitality.Bee

Dominance from the LFL

Team BDS Academy and Vitality.Bee being the two finalists underscores what has been a remarkable year for the LFL.

With a total of 32 teams entering the tournament, the fact that the EMEA Masters Summer playoffs saw two of the three LFL teams qualified face off against one another in the grand final is a testament to the French league's strength and clear superiority over their peers.

As if that was not enough, the other LFL team at the EMEA Masters Summer was Karmine Corp Blue, a team that was heavily favored to win the whole thing despite coming into the tournament as the LFL's second seed.

It would be worth remembering that KC.B won the EMEA Masters Summer tournament in 2023, with many claiming that the young French AD carry Caliste "Caliste" Henry-Hennebert was ready to be the next great ADC in the LEC.
