Riot Games has leaked the new fighter for 2XKO. The official Brazilian Twitter account for the game accidentally uploaded a promotional video revealing Warwick as the eleventh playable character, ahead of his formal announcement. The post was swiftly deleted, but fans had already captured footage of the reveal.

This marks the third time Riot has spoiled its own announcements — first with Blitzcrank’s artwork appearing on an official page, and later when a Season Pass datamine uncovered Teemo as the tenth champion. Warwick’s inclusion continues the steady expansion of the roster and hints that Riot may be accelerating its post-launch plans.

Warwick: The Zaunite Predator Arrives to 2XKO

A brutal hybrid of man and beast, Warwick is a ferocious predator who stalks the streets of Zaun in League of Legends. Once human, he became a monstrosity through chemtech experimentation, now driven by a blood-fueled frenzy that leaves little room for mercy. His 2XKO appearance seems to highlight his bestial, aggressive nature with lunges, slashes, and feral animations.

Interestingly, the leaked footage showcases two alternate skins, and not Warwick’s standard design, leaving fans curious about what his base model will look like in-game. Given that Teemo was only recently added, Warwick might not debut until after the game’s Early Access launch on October 7th.

The Arcane Gang

Warwick’s addition ties directly to Arcane, Riot’s acclaimed Netflix series. With Ekko, Vi, and Jinx already in the game – and Caitlyn teased through previously datamined voice lines — the 2XKO roster is quickly becoming a full Arcane reunion. The fighting game also includes the Bridge of Progress as a playable stage, further emphasizing the show’s influence.

Alongside Warwick’s leak, Riot announced new Arcane-themed skins for Ekko, Vi, and Jinx, bundled as the “Ultra Starter Pack”, set to drop on October 7th.

With these releases, Riot appears eager to leverage Arcane’s popularity while building early momentum for 2XKO’s future.
