The flurry of announcements tied to Season 3 of League of Legends has taken the game by storm. Now, to add to the excitement, Riot Games has revealed that new Darkin-inspired skins called "Visions of the Fallen" will soon be released as well.

The skin line will feature Tryndamere, Garen, and Jarvan IV (Prestige), who will receive their new Visions of the Fallen skins when Patch 25.17 arrives on Wednesday, August 27th. All of these skins will lean heavily into themes of Darkin corruption.

Additionally, Alistar will also get a brand new Elderwood skin in the same patch as well.

Tryndamere's new skin will be of the Epic tier. This means that it is expected to be available in the shop the price of 1350 RP.

Garen may not be the first champion you think of when it comes to themes of corruption and the Darkin. And yet, here we are!

Like Tryndamere, Visions of the Fallen Garen will also be an Epic skin, meaning it will cost 1350 RP.

As the sole Prestige skin of the bunch, Visions of the Fallen Jarvan IV will not be available on the shop, but can instead be acquired through the Season 3 Act 1 Battle Pass.

Set to become Alistar's 15th skin, this Elderwood addition seems like the perfect fit for our favorite Minotaur. Like other skins on this list, Elderwood Alistar will be an Epic skin, costing 1350 RP.

When Do the Darkin Skins Release?

The new Visions of the Fallen skins for Tryndamere, Garen, and Jarvan IV, along with Elderwood Alistar, are all expected to come with Season 3 of League of Legends. This means that the new Darkin skins will arrive on Patch 25.17, which is expected to go live on Wednesday, August 27th.
