Ding "knight" Zhuo has been named LPL MVP of the 2024 season at the LPL All-Star awards. With his latest accolade, the Bilibili Gaming (BLG) mid laner becomes the first player to achieve the feat back-to-back after earning the MVP award in 2023 with JD Gaming.

King of the LPL

Though knight and BLG may struggled internationally throughout the year, the team has been utterly dominant in the LPL across 2024. Not only did BLG run away with both the LPL Spring and LPL Summer trophies this year, but they did so in truly crushing fashion.

Simply put, no team in the LPL have quite been able to keep the pace set by BLG in 2024. Leading the team from the mid lane, knight has been a pivotal factor in the team's year-long LPL dominance, earning himself the much deserved 2024 LPL MVP award.

To put things into perspective, during the 2024 LPL Summer Playoffs knight had the highest KDA, kills per game, CS per game, and gold per minute out of all mid laners. If BLG are the best team in the LPL, that's because knight is the best player in the league.
