Gen.G win the LCK Cup 2026 in flawless fashion

Gen.G win the LCK Cup 2026 in flawless fashion

Though Gen.G had already qualified for First Stand 2026, they've now secured the LCK's first seed for themselves heading into Brazil; and what a way to do it. Gen.G put on a clinic the Grand Finals of the LCK Cup 2026, sweeping BNK FEARX to make it clear they are still the best team in the world.

The LCK Belongs to Gen.G

As magical as BNK FEARX's run through the LCK Cup Playoffs may have been, the Gen.G mountain proved too tall to climb in the end.

In fact, Gen.G left Diable and company no chance in the finals, outplaying their opposition at every turn and controlling the series from start to finish. Gen.G ended up delivering a clean sweep in the Grand Finals, but it was also more than that; it was a statement.

To put simply, Gen.G beat BFX throughout three games which lasted a combined 81 minutes (27 minutes per game on average), with the total kill score being 48-15 in favor of Gen.G.

And if that were not enough, Gen.G won the LCK Cup while dropping just 2 games (and never losing a series) throughout the entire tournament. Heading into First Stand, the message is loud and clear: teams should be afraid of Gen.G.
