The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region continues its expansion in the world of Esports. Falcons join the Dota 2 competitive scene with an incredible stack of players.

This will be Falcons' first Dota 2 squad, the organization currently fields a team in nearly every major Esport title, such as PUBG Mobile, Counter-Strike, Valorant, and many more.

Falcons bring together multiple Dota 2 regions into one team

ATF leaves Nigma and joins Falcons
All eyes are on ATF to see what he does next year.

The Falcons lineup consists of some of the most well-known players in the competitive scene. Oliver "skiter" Lepko will be the team's carry. Skiter was a part of Tundra Esports International winning roster in 2022 and he excels in pushing out the map with heroes such as Naga Siren and Chaos Knight.

Skiter is not the only member of Tundra to join Falcons, his lane partner Jingjun "Sneyking" Wu will continue to support him in the laning phase. Sneyking brought unorthodox heroes into the hard support role, such as Mirana.

For the midlane, the organization looked into Eastern Europe and picked up Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak. This is a bit of a surprising pick, as while undeniably a skilled player, Malr1ne hasn't had much success in his career so far, mostly doing well in tier-three tournaments. It'll be interesting to see how he fares against the likes of Gaimin Gladiators and Team Spirit.

The offlane duo is the one that has people excited. Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf is back after bouncing around teams for a few months. ATF shaped the meta in 2022, crushing lanes with Timbersaw and Mars and then focusing on his farm and scaling into the late-game.

Andreas "Cr1t-" Nielsen will be playing the other half of the offlane duo and on paper, he looks like a good partner for ATF. Cr1t is a selfless roaming support, well suited for making space for his greedy partner to farm.

Falcons' sidelanes look incredible and we look forward to seeing them compete. Malr1ne remains the big question mark of the team, as he lacks the experience his teammates have. Will the Eastern Europen star rise or fall when Falcons takes on the best teams in the world?
