The Singaporean Esports Organization BLEED Esports has announced the addition of Nemanja "nexa" Isaković to the Counter-Strike roster.

Nexa will replace Josef "faveN" Baumann, an original member of the BLEED Counter-Strike project. Previously a part of BIG, the German rifler of Kazakh descent was the second official member of the BLEED roster after Hampus.

faveN's Counter-Strike journey:

Starting in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, faveN jumped multiple small time rosters before joining Sprout in 2018 and then BIG in 2021.

He helped BIG defeat Faze Clan at Roobet Cup 2022, winning his first and only S-tier title. The organization benched him in 2023.

faveN made his Counter-Strike 2 debut with BLEED Esports at PGL Major Copenhagen European Qualifiers and has been an integral part of BLEED’s rise in European Counter-Strike.

BLEED adds nexa; benches faveN:

Not too long ago, nexa parted ways with G2 Esports for the second time. The Serbian’s illustrious career definitely shines brighter, making him a great addition to any team.

With such a strong experienced player on the market, Kassad jumped on the opportunity of acquiring nexa for the squad. The two had previously worked together briefly on Renegades.

With nexa coming in, the team had to make space and it came with faveN’s departure. While faveN isn’t a bad piece, nexa’s trophy cabinet and winning experience heavily outclasses him.

With the roster changes, the new BLEED Esports Counter-Strike roster will be as follows:

With the rejuvenated roster, BLEED will be looking to rise through the ranks and qualify for more events.

CS2 Major Revenue Share Changes Are Pushing Organizations Away from Counter-Strike

Valve’s new CS2 Major revenue share ties sticker income to VRS and final placement, removing capsule‑style payouts and concentrating money among top finishers. The result: higher volatility for clubs that relied on sticker cheques, early roster cuts like Gaimin Gladiators, and a narrower field of sustainable CS2 organizations unless the payout model changes.
