The Knights VCL North America saw its final stage over the last week. In the play-in relegations, we saw Disguised Toast's Disguised Valorant losing to OR Esports and MAD Lions. The losses came after the team's disappointing split-two run with Valorant superstar Yay. Today, DSG Valorant announced the departure of the complete Valorant squad.

The Disguised Journey:

After the announcement of the Challengers League, Disguised Toast took it upon himself to create an Esports organization starting with Valorant. The first iteration of DSG consisted of previous Knights members, Genghsta, Exalt, and Xxif, with IGL steel and newcomer Clear. Led by Ocean as the coach, the team thrived in the open qualifiers and made their way to the Challengers League.

The team later parted ways with Exalt mid-way through the first split. But the changes made little to no impact. DSG signed Yay on April 15th and sent shockwaves throughout the Valorant NA. But the team's performance depreciated as they did not win a single game in the second split.

A few days ago, Disguised Toast shared a tweet showing how much money he lost in the year and how it exceeded the projected expense. The results only worsened when DSG lost to OR Esports and MAD Lions. With the results not standing upto the expectations and another open qualifier, DSG Twitter announced the release of the entire Valorant squad with an uncertain future for the DSG Valorant team.
