Anyone who has played Rocket League before knows that they’ll release new skins at every opportunity. This year once again, that includes Pride! On June 8th, the game released a brand new event to mark Pride Month and give fans the chance to express themselves through rainbow colors, car wings and a brand new set of wheels.

What can you get? Rainbow for Days

It’s not uncommon for companies to paste Pride colours, slogans and rainbows over everything during June but Rocket League will let you do it yourself! The Rise Beyond bundle is available in the item shop in the game right now and will stay until July 4th 2023. The bundle includes 4 customizable items to partially or fully decorate your car with:

  • Angel Wings: Multichrome Topper
  • Rise Rollers Wheels
  • Rise Beyond Player Banner
  • “Rainbow Icon” Player Title.

Much like when they released Rocket League x Star Wars, you certainly won’t have trouble standing out on the field in all of these colors. But the good news is that changing your car’s appearance isn’t the only part of the Rocket League Pride event. The Rocket League radio has also added 4 new songs to mark the occasion. That means that scoring in style has never been easier. You can now add these songs to your radio:

  • “Fall” by SKYLER
  • “u want me” by Godlands
  • “Safer Place” (feat. LUX) by Carola
  • “Work My Body” by Carola.

If you prefer not to use the in game radio, make sure to check out the Rocket League x Monstercat Spotify Playlist so you don’t miss out.

How to Claim the Rocket League Pride Event Bundle

If you want to get your hands on these exciting new skins and songs, you’re in for a fun surprise! Fans will probably be aware that in order to claim most event bundles at Rocket League, you’ll need to put in a little work. It often requires grinding through games and levels to fully kit yourself out before playing in the most iconic Rocket League arenas.

That’s not the case with the Rocket League Pride Event! In fact, the entire bundle, songs and all, is available completely for free. All you need to do to get involved is head over to the item shop and add the topper, wheels, banner and player title to your inventory. Then, you’ll be able to fully decorate your car or even just add one or two parts for a subtler look.

Rocket League is one of the few esports games out there that regularly celebrates Pride Month with a special event. This Rocket League Pride event is no different! For a game where car decoration is such an integral part of the player experience, it’s invaluable for LGBT+ fans to be able to express themselves. Make sure you don’t miss out and claim the bundle before this year’s set leaves the item shop in July!
